The King Cobra over all is a shooting machine! Very repeatable, and a nail driver, especially at the speeds I’m achieving out of this bow. To me the 30 inch draw feels like a 30 inch draw bow. Don’t feel like a long 30 inch draw. APA has thought of everything to make in simple and easier for the shooter. They have emplemented timing marks on the cams. Center mark on the riser. A lot of extras to help the shooter in the field. Anything and everything has been constructed in the riser for the hunter. You name it and I believe this bow line has it!

Looks great but had no Manual
Apa do not return emails, or don’t care about customer service
Pity since the bow is nice

I have the Mamba M6 @ 60lbs. A very enjoyable bow to shoot. I am very impressed with how easy it is to set up and the cam lock system is awesome! One thing, maybe APA could put a how to video on their website about the cam lock system, unless I’ve missed it somewhere.
I am so impressed with APA I am ordering the Rattler for my son!

    Keep up the awesome innovation!

after shooting archery for over 15 yrs and trying out countless compound bows i have FINALLY found my match. living in Southern Arkansas and NE Texas it was hard to find a dealer close to me. for a year i read reviews, talked to APA owners and finally decided to buy one sight unseen. i ordered the King Cobra TF with 80lb limbs. getting the bow set up at my local bow shop, i drew back the beast and shot the first arrow. i told the gentleman to check the draw weight because it felt a little light for 80. sure enough, it was 80 on the dot with a little more to go. WOW!! spent the next 2 hrs shooting different arrows to find out what spine the bow liked. then i spent the next 2 weeks sore because i knew better than to shoot for that long with that poundage.
the design of the bow you can tell came straight from someone that spends time hunting and thinking of ways to make bow hunting more enjoyable all around. the accessories on the bow are perfect, the power of the bow is unmatched. my first kill was at 45 yards with a 530 grain arrow. the KE was so great that the deer stood up, bellowed and laid down right there. not. one. step… i knew in that moment, i had a new best friend!

I purchased the Mamba M5 last January and the King Cobra is the closest bow now on the website to review.

I absolutely love this bow. You need to try any of the bows APA makes. You won’t be disappointed. I won’t begin to describe it here, just try one and you will know. The features, details, performance and looks are all top notch. On top of a great bow the customer service is phenomenal. Fast, fair and effective. Thank you APA team. When my young lads get their first bows they will be getting an APA.

I also use the hook a lot more than I anticipated. It is super handy. The handle is also a sweet touch for long walks to the stand.

If you’re in the market for a new bow seriously consider these bows!

One of the best bows I’ve ever shot!! I shot a moose (at 40 yards) and an Antelope (at 80 yards) this past hunting season. The speed on this bow is great! Everyone at APA treated us great and has been very helpful. I’m getting 314 fps with my hunting setup (almost 400gr arrow, 29″ Draw Length, 64lb Draw Weight).

I absolutely love my new 2015 King Cobra. Hardest bow ever to set up and sight in tho.. Working out a few kinks here and there but I’m a Saskatchewan boy and I couldn’t be happier having a bow from a local company.. Thanks to everyone at APA for their patience with me!

After spending a season in the mountains of central B.C. It is everything I wanted in a hunting bow. From mule deer and whitetail to grouse it covered it all. Thanks APA.
